Obecný popis
Tree (rarely shrub) up to 40 m tall. It creates abundant root suckers. Twigs are thin, older twigs can create cork strips. Buds dark brown, scales on the edge whitish hairy or glabrous.Listy
Leaves are simple, 5-10 cm long. The lamina is slightly asymmetric. The longer half of the lamina basis does not overlay the petiole. The face is glabrous and glossy. In the larger vein axils are on the underside fluffs of hairs. At least some of lateral veins are dichotomous before entering serrations. The petiole can be up to 15 mm long.Rozšíření
